INSURANCE SERVICES

At Warren Foster Insurance Services, we strive to assist clients with many different types of insurance coverage. Below are some of the types of coverages that our office offers.

Life Insurance

            Individual: There are plans for both singles and families and for individuals with health problems as diabetics, high blood pressure, amputees, emphysema, and other assorted health concerns or problems. We specialize in assisting hard to insure individuals.

            Group: Group life insurance includes the following: you need to have minimum participation issues for group life, includes full company coverage, carve out for key employees, family coverage options, business continuation policies, travel coverage, and buy and sell policies.

Health Insurance:

            Individual: This can be for people who have been turned down. There are single and family plans and HMO and PPO plans. Also coverage for children and college students.

            Group: All persons of a company are eligible. Persons with previous health problems with the affirm of two or more can avoid the problems of individual health underwriting. A group can consist of two persons on a DE-6. Deductibles can range from 250 to a catastrophic deductible which means a very high co-pay. Offered in both HMO and PPO coverages. All major carriers available.

Dental Insurance:

            Individual: There are single plans with orthodontics where you can choose your own dentist. Also, there are HMO and PPO dental plans at low rates and we sell coverage throughout the state.

            Group: You can have two or more employees to qualify for plans with the choice of providers. There are major carriers and orthodontics for both children and adults. Includes implants, crowns, bridges and cleaning with different waiting periods on some benefits.

Disability Insurance

            Individual: Plans include workers of all types and can range from 2 years to age 65, benefits are based on salary and coverage extends on and off the job, includes survivor benefit and partial disability coverage. Many major carriers are offered.

            Group: For group disability, total company coverage is available. Employees are covered for full or partial disability on a 24-hour basis.
